Read Time and Word Count

In Sermonly, the Read Time and Word Count features provide valuable information about your sermons' length and estimated reading time. These features help you gauge the sermon's duration and plan your delivery accordingly. 

Read Time

The Read Time feature calculates the estimated time to read your sermon. It provides an approximate duration based on the average reading speed of individuals. The Read Time is displayed in minutes, giving you an idea of how long it will take to deliver the sermon.

Word Count

The Word Count feature counts the number of words in your sermon. It gives you an accurate count of the total words used, allowing you to assess the length and overall content of the sermon. The Word Count can be helpful for planning and structuring your sermon, ensuring it fits within your desired time frame.

How to Access Read Time and Word Count in Sermonly:

  1. Open the sermon you want to view in the "Sermons" section.
  2. Locate the Read Time and Word Count information in the sermon editor by clicking the info icon at the top right.
